A)
分析原因:
開啟OE 無法找到Directdb.dll 導致錯誤,其原因為相關機碼被第三方軟體修改路徑導致
解決方式:

點選[開始]/[執行]，輸入「regedit」
點選到以下位置, [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{4A16043F-676D-11d2-994E-00C04FA309D4}\InprocServer32]
檢視右邊視窗, 雙擊 (預設值)
請修改(預設值) 路徑為 %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\System\directdb.dll
修改後,請關閉登錄編輯器視窗即可

B)如果以上一切都正常，请检查在 ProgramFiles\Common Files\System\ 里有没有 directdb.dll 这个file. 请在这里下载档案 http://blog.pcball.com/mp3/directdb.dll

已经很足够了
